With this kind of reception, Ubisoft will keep making ACs with the same old (terrible) formula instead of trying to do new things that make the stealth, parkour, combat, and mission structure better - all of which Unity did. AC Unity brought a lot of change, good change, yet fans bash it. Many fans have been clamoring for change in AC. The reason I'm making a big deal about this is because I want future AC's to be more like Unity and less like the old ACs. Since I believe most people are not playing the game the right way, I decided to make some videos showcasing how to approach certain situations and how fluid the parkour and combat can be in the right hands. I also started coordinating Arno's movements better and ever since I started playing the game the correct way, I've loved it. I then learned how to properly approach situations using what the game had taught me and intended for me to do. Then eventually, I realized I was playing the game the wrong way. I was having a lot of trouble with the stealth, combat, and parkour. I'll admit, when I first played the game, I wasn't liking it. And again, in the right hands the combat can be very fluid. As for the combat, there can be a few hiccups here and there, but for the most part the combat is very good. In the right hands, the parkour can be very fluid. Other players probably mash buttons and/or move the control sticks without coordination. I can make Arno do whatever I want him to do without a problem. Most of those people are likely playing the game wrong. Some say the parkour is still clunky and sluggish like past games and that the combat is horrible. However some of those people still bash the game and say it's boring. I know that the game launched with a plethora of bugs and it's completely justifiable to feel angry about that, but there are people that weren't so much affected by those bugs and actually got the game running fine. From structures actually having interiors that you can explore, to the massive size of the map, to the plethora of side missions and their variety, to the actual gameplay, this is a great game. This game is truly amazing in that it blends open-world and stealth so well. You couldn't even crouch in those games for crying out loud. I've rarely seen open-world stealth games and I don't count the other AC's as stealth games. The game does so many things well and not just by AC standards, but by open-world standards.
