In the two rooms next to the one with the Tesla anomaly in it, inside the train tunnel, you'll find a number of goodies. On the small platform at the eastern side of the Concrete Bath Anomaly you can find a Soul artifact. To get inside the car, go onto the bridge and drop down onto the nearest car - jump onto the next one and continue south-west until you reach the end of the train where you'll find an open hatch in the roof (see the small image in the top-right corner of the screenshot). Inside a train car near a bridge in central Jupiter you can find a set of Tools for Basic Work the train car has a Tesla anomaly in it. On a metal shelf inside a building rich with radiation and Burnt Fuzz anomalies you can find the Underpass Schematics which will show you a way to get to Pripyat. This stash is part of Streloks faction stashes. On a table, inside the same room with the Eliminator at Jupiter Plant, you can find the Administrative Documents.

While locations of stashes are often given to you as part of a mission reward, you will not find information about them by looting corpses. This makes stashes very much like 'Items in the Open' and the reason why I've combined the two on this page. Unlike the previous games, the items contained in stashes are present from the beginning of the game, meaning that you don't actually need information about the stash to find its content.
